Civil Litigation
Our litigation department deals with matters which involve disputes, claims and recoveries of debt. Our aim is to administer sound legal advice coupled with proactive solutions in order to provide a viable and acceptable solution to a legal problem.
We represent both corporate and individual clients and cover a broad range of legal disputes at both Magistrate Court and High Court jurisdictions.
Debt Collection
We are highly specialised in managing high volume debt collection and have vast experience and a national footprint specifically with regards to tertiary institutions and outstanding rental collections.
To ensure that debt is recovered as efficiently and quickly as possible, it is imperative that a coherent mix of soft and hard collections (i.e. collections via litigation) be implemented. A strategy therefor needs to be put in place to maximise collections. We have many years of experience creating custom collection strategies tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.
